Loews Miami Beach Hotel

We had an absolute blast at Loews Miami Beach! From the moment we arrived, the staff was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The views from the property are gorgeous, and our room stayed spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. The food and drink scene here is top tier. The bar is amazing, and the sushi was incredible! The pool area is fantastic for all families, and the seamless connection right out onto the beach makes it so easy to enjoy both spots. I especially appreciated their security measures. Having a guard check room cards before entering the pool area and needing your key card to get back in from the beach, made us feel super safe and ensured the amenities were kept exclusively for hotel guests. Truly wonderful service all around. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return!

Wonderful Stay & Exceptional Service! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would absolutely give it 5 stars. The property is beautiful, comfortable, very well maintained, and the ocean view made the stay even more special. A special thank you to Kedi at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful—professional, welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. She made us feel very well taken care of from the moment we arrived. I also want to recognize Alfredo, who helped with my bags. He was perfect! Extremely friendly, helpful, and always had such a positive attitude. His hospitality really stood out and made a great impression. People like Kedi and Alfredo are what turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. Excellent service, beautiful property, and an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The valet, bell staff and especially the Front Desk Manager, Kedi were simply amazing! We were celebrating our 12 year old's birthday in Miami and we couldn't have chosen a more family friendly - tons of free delicious gelato, Explorers adventure kit, complimentary banana boat rides, and delicious poolside/beachside food options (we had wagyu bacon avocado burger, wings, fries, chicken tenders, Cancun salad and fruit salad) The rooms and hallways were completely new and reminded you of the ocean with a luxurious ocean blue theme. The pool service was top tier as well! Complimentary sunscreen and delicious citrus infused water was a nice touch. The beach was fantastic! Even with a little seaweed (sargassum), we thoroughly enjoyed several days laying on the complimentary chairs. We had to rent 2 umbrellas on the second day because of the hot sun. We'll worth it! We stayed for 5 days and decided to valet for $60/day.... which seemed steep but it was well worth the convenience. There is a public parking garage a block away that charges by the hour and charges an overnight fee and doesn't have in/out privileges. The location is at 16th and Collins w

I have been coming to South Beach for twenty five years and I always wanted to stay at Loews. I finally got my wish. Everything was very nice, especially the pool and overall property. The rooms were well designed and I had a nice bathroom and ocean view balcony. There was plenty of storage and food options. The restaurant at the pool had lovely drinks and food that was brought over to my lounger. Absolutely relaxing. Be aware that the umbrellas at the beach are not included with the resort fee. They are additional $38 per day if we wanted to use them at the beach. I think for the price of the resort fee, they should be included. Overall the hotel was wonderful and I will definitely return. I stayed at over 20 hotels in South Beach and Loews is one of my top two favorite hotels so far.
